After 23 years at WEHT, Shelley Kirk will be leaving the TV news business. Kirk announced Monday, that this Friday, March 9th will be her final day to anchor newscasts on Eyewitness News, as she takes the Marketing Director position with Fifth Third Bank in Evansville.
As of midnight last night, News 25 is no more. Our news partner, formerly owned by Gilmore Broadcasting for many years is now owned by Nextar Broadcasting. With that, two news rooms have been combined in Henderson with the Local 7 crew joining the remaining News 25 employees to become Eyewitness News...
