Gilmore Broadcasting Leaves The Tri-State After Nearly 50 Years

As of midnight last night, News 25 is no more.  Our news partner, formerly owned by Gilmore Broadcasting for many years is now owned by Nextar Broadcasting.  With that, two news rooms have been combined in Henderson with the Local 7 crew joining the remaining News 25 employees to become Eyewitness News.  You will notice several changes in local TV over the next few weeks including the former evening team of Randy Moore, Julie Dolan, and Ron Rhodes from Local 7, now on 25's morning program.  Watch Brad Byrd from News 25 as he explains the changes and says goodbye to some co-workers that have not been retained by Nextar.  Do you think this "mega-team" will be good for Evansville and the Tri-state?
