Over the last couple of years, you've probably heard Deaconess Hospital's ads about "Upgrades.' It's a way to stay healthy one step at a time. I was visiting The Women's Hospital today for my wife's appointment, and noticed a new way they are encouraging you to be fit and upgrade.
