The Vanderburgh Humane Society (VHS) in Evansville has pets of all shapes and sizes. Or, as Executive Director, Kendall Paul likes to say when she stops by the studio on Thursdays, "all makes and models, and all certified pre-owned." There's a good chance that the VHS will have a pet who fits your family's lifestyle.
All jokes aside, we spoke with Kendall today, and she made the reminder that if you are looking to add a furry family member to your home, she asks that you please check the shelters first and consider adopting from a local shelter.  Every space that opens up at VHS means that an animal goes into a new home, and another can take their place.  This means two lives are saved at once.

Meet Bart

Bart is a boxer/pit mix of some sort. He's got a beautiful all white coat and a smile that could light up a room! I've said it before and I'll say it again, I am a sucker when it comes to a sweet blocky headed pittie mix and those signature pittie smiles, and I mean just look at Bart! How could you not love this sweet, playful guy!
