Sharon Elementary School in Newburgh, Has Students Paint Rocks for Meaningful Art Project!
I have to say, I'm proud to be a former Sharon Crusader after hearing about this! Such a cool project with a great meaning!
Sharon Elementary School in Newburgh recently shared photos of a very colorful art project. They decorated their landscaping by adding in some color. They had every student in the school paint a rock, each rock was then placed in the landscaping to make one colorful, eye-catching art piece!
The project was inspired by the book "Only One You" Which is a book with one simple, yet valuable lesson, there's only one you in this great big world. Make it a better place.
It's so cool to see students being involved in the beautification of their school, and also kudos to the smart teachers who used this as a very valuable lesson!
