Today's Nationwide race, the Drive4COPD 300 ended with a spectacular 12 car crash that set some spectators to the hospital.

The lead cars were bunched up coming out of the final turn and sprinting for the finish line. As the cars started to tangle up, the car driven by 20-year-old Kyle Larson took flight into the catch fence. The impact sheered off the entire front end of his car. The engine ended up near the fence, but on the spectator side. One tire flew up into the stands and scattered parts caused injuries to people ll the way up to the upper deck.
