Two days after announcing she was leaving Notre Dame early to go pro, Princeton native, and Indiana High School Basketball's career scoring leader, Jackie Young, was selected by the Las Vegas Aces with the first overall pick in Wednesday night's WNBA Draft.

Jackie spoke with ESPN's Holly Rowe after the selection, and spoke about the difficult decision to leave college a year early, along with what her new team will get from her when she takes the court later this year.

The Las Vegas Aces tip off the 2019 season on Sunday, May 26th at home against Los Angeles.

Congratulations Jackie! We'll all be cheering for you here at home.
