Popular Evansville Restaurant Announces Temporary Closure

Fans of a popular restaurant and bar on Evansville's east side will have to wait a few extra days before they can stop in for their first visit of 2024 as management has announced it will be temporarily closed to start the new year.

Bar Louie in Evansville Announces Temporary Closure

According to a post on the Bar Louie (Evansville) Facebook page on Monday evening, the bar and grill will keep its doors closed for the first few days of the month to allow construction crews to finish remodeling the bar area.

The good news for fans of the restaurant is that the temporary closure won't last long. Work is expected to be completed by this Thursday (January 4th) with the bar reopening on Friday, January 5th.
