Order BBQ and Help Warrick County Sheriff’s K-9 Department!

The K-9 Department of the Warrick County Sheriff's Department is completely funded by the community.  As you know K-9's are a huge asset to helping law enforcement and keeping our communities safe.   You can help the Warrick County Sheriff's Department expand their K-9 program, by buying some delicious BBQ! Which let's be real, you don't have to ask me twice to eat some good BBQ! Here's all the details on the fundraiser! 

The BBQ fundraiser is put on by Tennyson General Baptist Church Men's Brotherhood Association along with other area churches.  The actual fundraiser will be on May 14, but with it being a little over a month out, they're needing to get pre orders in. You can order just about anything you want, from a whole pork butt, whole slab of ribs, to pulled pork, chicken, and everything in between! You can check out their event page on facebook here to see the menu, and get all of the information on how to order!

This video is a couple years old, and it's from Ohio, but if you've never seen a law enforcement K-9 demonstration before, this shows a little bit about how these dogs help out in the communities.  Plus they are totally adorable!
