We have a new world record for catching a golf shot in a moving car thanks to Formula 1 Driver David Coulthard, pro golfer Jake Shepherd and a Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster. The basic premise is that Shepherd hits a golf ball, and Coulthard has to catch the ball in the moving Mercedes - no problem right - think again.

After taking a running start, Shepherd hit a drive off a tee that ended up traveling 178 mph. Coulthard had to speed up and hold at 120 mph to catch up with the golf ball.

The ball traveled 300 yards before landing perfectly in the Mercedes, and the Guinness Book of World Records people were there to certify the feat as a world record for the furthest golf shot caught in a moving car.

Coulthard said, "The only way to track the ball was to keep your eyes on it all the time." Now keep in mind that Coulthard had to watch the ball while looking up and traveling 120 mph in a straight line! It only took two tries to complete, and the video is really pretty amazing as you can see below.
