This weekend my little brother got married! I'm so happy for him and Christina, and was honored to be a part of their big day!! I've never been in a wedding before, so here are a few things I learned that you should know before being in a wedding party!

Me and my LITTLE brother on his big day!

1)Spray tans save lives.  No really, the dress I had to wear was blush, which is a gorgeous color, but on super duper pale skin?  not so much.  So I got a spray tan and I'ma be real honest, I made blush look good on me! haha

2) When the bride is stressing, you smile and repeat after me; "everything is going to be alright. What can I do to help?"  It's so easy to get caught up in tiny details that you can lose sight of the bigger picture.  Everything WILL come together as it should.

3) When it comes time to eat, you get to eat first, so that's a pretty cool perk.

4) You'll cry like a baby even if you "aren't a crier"  so stuff tissues in your bra, no not for that, but for you to wipe your eyeliner on.  I was like "I'll be fine I'm not a crier"  I literally JUST walked down the aisle, stood in my spot, looked up at my brother, and legit ugly cried.  I didn't stuff tissues in my bra, so my arms had black lines from my eyeliner all up and down them.

5)Get out and dance! Everyone is looking towards the bride and groom and the bridal party to follow their cues of having a good time.  If you're out there dancing others will join, and the party will be a success!

Above anything else, you should feel honored to be asked to play a special role in your friend or family members big day.  Above all else be there for your friend or family member who asked you to be a part of their day.  I was so honored to be in my brother and Christina's  wedding, and could not have chosen a better fit to join our family! I wish them many, many years of happiness, and I CANNOT wait to see what the future has in store for them!

Thanks for letting me be a part of your beautiful day guys <3
