For  a lot of people wearing makeup is an every day thing.  And for  a lot of us who wear makeup it can get expensive.   Heck even makeup at Walmart can run you $10-$15 for foundation.  So is there a cheaper way to wear makeup?  I went to the Dollar tree and bought a full face worth of makeup.  Every single item I bought was only $1! But how did the $1 makeup work??
