Luke Bryan Takes NYC By Storm to Promote Album and Makes a Trip to the ER

It happens! One minute your kids are playing nicely and them the next minute somebody is crying, especially when brothers are involved.;-)  Luke Bryan had to take his 5 year old son, Tatum, to the ER while he and his family were in NYC promoting the release of his new album. Tatum and older brother Bo enjoyed a little too much roughhousing. See the pic.
