Lic’s Ice Cream Bowl: A Tale of Two Sundaes

It's on! The first-ever ice cream sundae match-up is happening now at these Tri-State ice cream shops, and the winner is determined by you!

As you know by now, the big game is coming up in February. The stage is set, and the teams are preparing to go head-to-head to win the championship. It's the East Coast versus the West Coast in what will surely be a great game. But if you think that matchup is the only one that will have people talking, one local Tri-State ice cream shop has one going on in honor of the two teams playing in the championship. Lic's Deli and Ice Cream has created the first-ever Ice Cream Bowl, and it's SUPER delicious!

This contest features two unique ice cream sundaes that were specially crafted in honor of each team playing in the big game in a flavor matchup like never before! Try them both, or your favorite team’s Sundae, now through February 8th. The sundae with the most sales at that time will be crowned the first-ever Lic's Ice Cream Bowl Champion!

Let's Meet the Competitors!

Before we meet the competitors, you'll notice two digital coupons below. You can screenshot or print one or both of those coupons above to receive 60 cents off the sundae of your choice. Now, let's get a "taste" of what these two have to offer!

First, representing all of New England, it's the delicious, the patriotic, New England Classic! This sundae features Cappuccino ice cream, hot fudge, crushed waffle cones, whipped cream, and it's topped with red and blue sprinkles with an American flag planted on top.

It's challenger, hailing from Rain City, it's a taste bud's delight, the Seattle Sloo! Let me tell you about this one: it features mint chocolate chip ice cream, crushed chocolate chip cookies, hot fudge, whipped cream, and it's topped with green sugar crystals and blue sprinkles.

Luckily, Lori Mae and I got to taste test the two competing sundaes earlier today, and let me tell you...this might be a tough competition!
