Law Enforcement Reporting Several Slide-Offs As Roads Worsen

Winter Storm Harper is making its way across the Tri-State and leaving treacherous travel conditions in its wake.

Local law enforcement are reporting a number of slide-offs and other issues due to the blizzard-like conditions.

The storm has also caused some in the Tri-State to lose power.
