Here's what @KidFriendlyStays had to say about their visit:

If mom and dad enjoy whiskey and bourbon… here’s a stop to add to your next Kentucky road trip!

@buffalotracedistillery is one of the few we’ve seen that’s genuinely family friendly, with a full playground, lush grounds for roaming, root beer and ginger ale tastings for all ages, and yes, even buffalos-in-barrel stuffies at the gift shop.

It’s free to enter and roam the grounds, and we were able to pop in for a formal (and also free) tasting without a wait.

Best of all, they’re open seven days a week till 5 pm, so you can swing by any day you happen to be driving through!

How fun is that? We love a place to visit that has a little bit of something for everyone!
