Who says only kids can have fun with Easter egg hunts? An adult-only Easter Egg Hunt and Craft Beer Fest is returning to Indiana in 2026.

What would Easter be without an Easter egg hunt? It's the thing that kids look forward to the most on Easter. Over the years, many organizations in Indiana have hosted Easter Egg Hunt events. Some are more creative and unique than others. The majority of these are geared toward kids. Almost all Easter egg hunts are created for children, but why should they have all of the fun? Did you know that Indiana plays host to a massive adult-only Easter egg hunt that is also a beer fest?

I'm not going to lie, this event sounds like a blast for adults who want to enjoy a little bit of their childhood again. According to the event's website, here's what you can expect:

Experience the excitement with UNLIMITED SAMPLES & POURS from 25+ Indiana craft breweries, wineries, and distilleries representing the best from across the state. Upon arrival, all attendees will receive a tasting cup to savor an array of unique beers, wines, and spirits.

The atmosphere will be complemented by GREAT MUSIC, and delightful food options will be available for purchase from multiple food trucks!

Don't miss out on more than just kegs - join the eggciting egg hunt and collect as many as you can for a chance to win fabulous prizes, including the possibility of discovering a golden egg!

This is a 21-and-over event. Honestly, it sounds like a really fun escape from "adulting" that you, your significant other, and your friends would enjoy. For more information on the event and to secure your tickets, click here.

KEEP READING: 40 Real Indiana Towns with Quirky, Weird, and Funny Names

Outside the major cities, the Hoosier state is full of tiny little towns you've probably passed through on your way to one of those cities. Most of them are likely 100 to 150 years old, or older, and have been around far longer than the large metropolitan areas such as Indianapolis, Fort Wayne, South Bend, and Evansville. Typically, they were started by early settlers who found their way to the state and decided to make it home. Eventually, others would join them, and a community was formed. Over time, as the surrounding areas grew, most of them were folded into those areas and governed by the nearest city or county's governing body officially making them "unincorporated," meaning they did not have their own formally organized municipal government.

A scroll through Wikipedia's long list of unincorporated communities in Indiana shows several of them have names that by today's standards would be considered weird, quirky, or just downright right funny. These are my 40 favorities.
