Country music artist, Jon Pardi will be making his way to Evansville on a headlining tour next year.

2025 is shaping up to be quite the year for country music concerts in Evansville. So far, we know of a few concerts coming to town like Cody Johnson, Rascal Flatts, Dwight Yoakam, Clint Black, Blackberry Smoke, and Kane Brown. Just yesterday, we announced that Brett Young would also be coming to Evansville next year. That's a lot of big concerts, and we are just getting started! More shows will be announced for 2025 as the year gets underway. However, we now know of another concert that we can add to that list.

Jon Pardi Returning to Evansville in 2025

Jon Pardi has been a force to be reckoned with in the world of country music for well over a decade. With chart-topping hits such as  “Dirt On My Boots,” “Head Over Boots,” “Heartache On The Dance Floor” “Night Shift, "Heartache Medication, and " Your Heart or Mine", Pardi has seen a lot of success.

The last time Jon Pardi was in Evansville, he was opening up for Brooks & Dunn at the Ford Center in 2022. That was the second time that I had seen Pardi in concert, and it was amazing! Now, he is finally making his way back to the Ford Center on his very own headlining tour!

Jon Pardi's "Honkytonk Hollywood Tour" at The Ford Center

Jon Pardi will be embarking on his "Honkytonk Hollywood Tour" next year and one of those stops will be right here in Evansville. So, mark your calendar for Saturday, May 31st as Jon Pardi will be bringing the party to the Ford Center.

Coming along with Pardi will be Corey Kent, who has also recently seen some success with hits like "Wild As Her" and more recently, "This Heart." Joining Pardi and Kent will be newcomer, Kassi Ashton.

Tickets for the show go on sale THIS Friday, December 6th at 10 a.m. You can purchase your tickets at the Ford Center Box Office and online at Ticketmaster. 99.5 WKDQ will also have the chance for you to win a pair of tickets to the show next week on the Q Crew Morning show with a game we like to call "Pardi of Five."  We will play five seconds of a Pardi song, and if caller number nine correctly identifies that song, they will win a pair of tickets to the concert. Easy as that!

See How Downtown Evansville Has Changed Over the Years

I find looking back on the way things used to be fascinating. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad I'm living through the current time period. The conveniences of answering any question we have in seconds, or ordering practically anything we want or need and having it delivered to our doorstep is pretty sweet. But, there is something fun about seeing how things around us have evolved. As an Evansville native, and spending quite a bit of my time in downtown Evansville (that's where the station is located), I've always appreciated the older architecture of the buildings around the area. So, I dug into the Willard Library Archives to see how a few of those areas look now compared to then. Some have changed a little, others quite a bit, and a few don't even exist any more. Take a look.
