The Evansville Otters, along with the Frontier League, have just dropped the full schedule for the 2026 season, and it’s shaping up to be an unforgettable ride at historic Bosse Field.
Opening Day at Bosse Field
The Otters start the 2026 season on Thursday, May 7, with a 6-game homestand against division rivals Florence and Washington. Matter of fact, 12 of the first 15 games will be played at Historic Bosse Field, giving you plenty of chances to cheer on the Otters as the season gets rolling.
A Historic Change to the Frontier League in 2026
There is one noticeable big change for the Frontier League in 2026 - it will mark the first-ever 102-game season in league history! The regular season will now stretch into Labor Day weekend. The Frontier League playoff format, however, will stay the same, with four teams from each conference making a postseason run.

2026 Frontier League All-Star Game
Here's something to keep in mind, too - the 2026 Frontier League All-Star Game takes place in nearby Florence, KY, July 13-16, making it a quick trip for local fans to see the league’s top talent in action. Meanwhile, the Otters will visit every Midwest Conference team at least once and make a single trip to Pearl, Mississippi, to take on the Mud Monsters in a six-game series.
