Two Tennessee Music Festivals Rank Among the Top Ten ‘Most Instagrammable’ for 2024

A recent study took a deep dive into the top festivals in the United States to determine which ones are the most Instagram-worthy. Using hashtag data as it relates to more than 40 different festivals, it may not be a surprise to learn that Coachella tops the list in the number one spot with over 5 million posts on the social platform.

Lollapalooza and Electric Forest Rank #2 and #3

Lollapalooza in Chicago, Illinois, and Electric Forest in Rothbury, Michigan hold the number two and number three spots, with 1,557,300 posts and 593,400 posts, respectively.

Tennessee's Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival is the 4th Most Instagrammable

Just behind Electric Forest is where we find our first Tennessee festival on the list. Bonnaroo Music & Arts Festival takes the number four position with 568,800 posts on Instagram. However, if you've been to the farm, you may also wonder if that number would be higher if cell services were a little less spotty in the middle of a field in Manchester.

Nashville's CMA Fest Ranks #10 Most Instagrammable Festival

Many other big-name festivals like Electric Daisy Land (EDC), Rolling Loud, and Beyond Wonderland made the list too. But Tennessee makes another appearance on the list, rounding out the top 10 is where we find Nashville's CMA Fest. The four-day event that takes place in June was known as "Fan Fair" when it got its start in 1972.
