1,700 cartons of peaches; 1,200 cartons of nectarines; and 360 cartons of plums are being recalled New York fruit distributor, Jac Vandenberg due to a possible listeria contamination. The fruit was sold in 18 states across the country including Illinois and Kentucky.


Holiday World is currently accepting applications for over 2,000 seasonal positions. Most are open to individuals 16-years-old or older while a few are available for those as young as 14. For more info and to apply online, visit the Holiday World website.

The Perry Central Community School Corporation has already announced they are cancelling classes for tomorrow due to the frigid temps.
