Indiana State Fair Announces 3rd Wave of Free Stage Concerts – and They Rock!

The 2023 Indiana State Fair runs from Friday, July 28th through Sunday, August 20th at the Indiana State Fairgrounds. Along with all of the yummy food, rides, food, exhibits, and food, there is a bunch of great entertainment to see. I'm talking about entertainment that people would gladly pay a bunch of money to see, except at the Indiana State Fair, it's free.

Hoosier Lottery Free Stage

Your paid admission into the Indiana State Fair allows you to see some really amazing musicians performing on the Hoosier Lottery Free Stage. Fair officials have previously announced the following 12 Free Stage concerts:

• Keith Sweat on Wednesday, August 2nd
• Retro Rewind 90’s Night featuring DJ Kurt Streblow - Thursday, August 3
• STYX - Friday, August 4
• TobyMac on Sunday, August 6th
• Gin Blossoms - Friday, August 11
• THE TAYLOR PARTY: TAYLOR SWIFT NIGHT on Saturday, August 12th
• Happy Together Tour 2023  - Wednesday, August 16
• Buddy Guy: Damn Right Farewell on Friday, August 18th
• Gospel Music Festival featuring CeCe Winans - Sunday, August 20

Samantha Fish ft. Jesse Dayton | Saturday, July 29

Samantha Fish is one of the most dynamic forces in the blues world today. She has made her name as a multi-award-winning festival headliner who captivates crowds with her explosive guitar work. Jesse Dayton, meanwhile, has worked with legendary musicians like Johnny Cash and Waylon Jennings.

Quiet Riot | Saturday, August 5

Quiet Riot is the first metal band to top the pop chart at #1 on Billboard’s Top 200. Quiet Riot’s music and name have been a go-to in pop culture since the 80s, along with a critically acclaimed Quiet Riot documentary, Well Now You’re Here, There’s No Way Back.

Three Dog Night | Wednesday, August 9

Three Dog Night has maintained and grown their audience since 1969 by continuing to tour yearly and giving fans the chance to experience their classic hits as well as several new songs. Marking nearly 50 years on the road, Three Dog Night continues to captivate audiences with boundary-breaking sounds and nostalgic music from their beginning.

Skillet | Sunday, August 13

This show will undoubtedly be the loudest of all the Free Stage concerts. Skillet is a Christian rock band, and they rock hard! They continue to captivate audiences with infusions of grunge influences and electronic elements that create a unique live experience.

Latino Fest con Noel Torres | Thursday, August 17

Noel Torres has been singing professionally since he was 15 years old and has made a name for himself with a mix of romantic ballads and powerful corridos. After the release of his third album in 2013, he began touring all over Mexico and Latin America, as well as making stops in the United States.

Breland | Saturday, August 19

Daniel Gerard Breland, known as Breland, is a singer, songwriter, and record producer who has captivated fans with a fusion of hip-hop and country music. He has quickly become a part of the niche country-trap genre. Breland has worked closely with other country superstars such as Thomas Rhett, Keith Urban, and Sam Hunt.
