The Titanic was a British Luxury Passenger Liner that sank on April 14th, 1912. According to Britannica, even though the Titanic sailed more than 112 years ago, it remains one of the most famous tragedies in modern history. More than 1,500 people died aboard the Titanic and in the years since the sinking of the Titanic, numerous books and movies have been inspired by the devastation.

The Titanic Exhibition
Now through July 7th on select dates, The Titanic Exhibition will take place in Chicago, Illinois. The Titanic Exhibition has been called an immersive experience where you can experience what life was like aboard the Titanic.
It brings with it an interactive experience that allows you to step inside recreations of the Titanic’s interior. Immerse yourself in the stories of its passengers, see hundreds of artifacts, and discover the tale of the design, creation, launch, maiden voyage, and tragedy of the historic ship.
According to The Titanic Exhibition's website, not only will you get to see a recreation of the grand staircase, but there will also be real artifacts from the shipwreck on display. When you arrive, you will be given the name of a real passenger who was aboard the Titanic. Throughout your visit, you can learn their story.
