The Scary Peeper is a Halloween decoration that Home Depot carries, that they have no had to pull off the shelves following many complaints.

The Scary Peeper is a decoration that is a head covered in a hood, and has it's hands up by the face, it suction cups to a window, and looks as if someone is peeping through the window.   It's definitely creepy!
