Heat Advisory In Effect For Parts Of The Tri-State

Today is shaping up to be another hot day across the Tri-State! We could see highs in the Mid 90's and parts of the area are under a heat advisory!

According to the National Weather Service; "THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN PADUCAH HAS ISSUED A HEAT ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING. THIS ADVISORY NOW COVERS MOST OF SOUTHERN ILLINOIS TODAY."

If you plan on being outside please make sure to use precaution. Also make sure to check on family and friends who don't have AC and to make sure your outdoor pets have a shady place to be and plenty of water!
