Haubstadt Sommerfest Returns This Week

The 2024 Haubstadt Sommerfest kicks off this week with rides, food, live entertainment, Southern Indiana's Finest Bierstube, and more!

There will be a lot of fun events going on in the Evansville area this summer. One of those events happens to kick off this week, and it's one that Tri-Staters of all ages will enjoy. It's the annual Haubstadt Sommerfest!

The Sommerfest is a charity event designed to raise money to support infrastructure improvements, scholarship programs, and community projects in the area. Over the past 10 years, the organizers have given over $250,000 to support projects in and around Haubstadt, with an emphasis on our youth. So, not only is it a fun time, but it also helps create a better future for kids in the area.

2024 Haubstadt Sommerfest Details

Sommerfest takes over Haubstadt on Thursday, June 20th through Saturday, June 22nd this year. There's always a lot to see and do there. Plenty of food, live entertainment, and more. According to the Haubstadt Sommerfest website:

The Haubstadt Sommerfest is your ultimate weekend destination! Whether it's our community parade, Laufenfest 5K race, or Southern Indiana's Finest Bierstube, festival-goers always have a fantastic experience in the Busch Light Capital of the World!

THURSDAY, JUNE 20th

5:00 PM – Rides, Food Booths Open
7:00 PM – Bierstube Opens
8:00 PM – Main Stage – Brad Lemmons
Midnight – Bierstube Closes

FRIDAY, JUNE 21st

5:00 PM – 9:00 PM Laufenfest Packet Pickup (South Stage)
5:00 PM – Rides, Food Booths Open
7:00 PM – Bierstube Opens
8:00 PM – Main Stage – Happy New Month
Midnight – Bierstube Closes

SATURDAY, JUNE 22nd

6:00 AM – Laufenfest Race Registration
8:00 AM – Lil’ Dutch Run
8:20 AM – 5K Run
8:25 AM – 5k Walk
Noon – Laufenfest Bierstube Ends

SATURDAY, JUNE 22nd

1:00 PM – Parade (no route change this year)
5:00 PM – Rides, Food Booths Open (Post-Parade – Some Rides / Food Booths Open)
7:00 PM – Bierstube Opens
8:00 PM – Main Stage – That’s What She Said
Midnight – Bierstube Closes
