The flu season is here and the Tri-State is being hit hard, as is the rest of the country. This is one of the largest flu outbreaks in years and all of us are being warned to take precautions. Schools in Grayville, IL have taken the unusual step of closing their schools for the next three days, starting today. So many kids have been out sick, they felt this action was the only way to go. Schools in Grayville are scheduled to reopen on Thursday with all students having their temperature taken before going to class to make sure nobody has  a fever.

This is shaping to be a bad flu season so, make sure you take all necessary precautions. Remember, if your kids have a fever, they cannot return to school until they have been fever free for 24 hours. We will keep you updated.
