Getting Snapchat to Work on Your Dog [VIDEO]

snapchat filters are the best part of snapchat. My new personal favorite is the bee one that makes your voice distorted.  However snapachat filters on humans are funny, but snapchat filters on dogs (whenever you can get them to work) are hilarious!! I finally got one to work on Wrigley!!
