For the Third Time Ever, Disney World is CLOSING For Hurricane Matthew!

It was just announced Disney World will be closing this evening at 5PM and not reopening until Saturday morning so it can prepare for Hurricane Matthew.   

If you've been keeping up with the news then you know Hurricane Matthew is no joke.  It's very serious and expected to make landfall in Florida anytime now.  For the 3rd time ever Disney World is closing it's doors at 5 this evening with plans to reopen Saturday morning pending damages.  Hopefully they will reopen and be ready for business again on Saturday morning.

The only 3 times in history Disney has ever closed for a hurricane was for Hurricane Floyd in 1999 (fun fact I was actually at Disney World at the time with my family and we were evacuated to a bigger more sturdy hotel).  And Disney closed twice in 2004 for Hurricanes Francis, and Jeann.
