Film Featuring ACM Award Winner Jana Kramer Is Now On DVD And iTunes

Independent drama Approaching Midnight is headlined by Academy of Country Music Award Winner and CMT Award Nominee Jana Kramer, who has previously played parts in One Tree Hill, Entourage, 90210, Friday Night Lights, and Prom Night.

Kramer plays the part of Aspen, the girlfriend of young Army staff sergeant Wesley Kent (played by writer, producer and director Sam Logan Khaleghi). She dies in a car accident while Wesley is stationed in Afghanistan, but the story is centered on the mysterious circumstances surrounding her death. Wesley's determination uncovers a trail of corruption that leads to Aspen's father, the mayor who is running to become governor.

Khaleghi's inspiration for the film took root over a decade ago when major world events such as the war in Afghanistan lead him to write notes on scrap paper that would become final scenes in the movie.

The film is available on iTunes and DVD at all major retailers.
