A popular rock quarry swimming hole in Kentucky has announced that the adults-only spring-fed waters are now for sale.

You can float, paddle, snorkel, and even dive into this rock quarry there. Falling Rock Park is about two hours from Evansville, so it's a perfect weekend road trip for you and your friends to have a blast together.

One of the most interesting things about Falling Rock Park is that the quarry water is filled with nothing but rainwater. No ground runoff dumps into the quarry, the water is free of chemicals, and motorized water sports are prohibited. This means that the water is clear, clean, natural, and absolutely beautiful!

Falling Rock Park For Sale?

After 20 years, the owners of Falling Rock Park made the announcement that the quarry is for sale. In a recent Facebook post, they said they are ready to "pass the torch to the next family who will carry on this one-of-a-kind experience."

It is currently listed for $2.75 million, with Knob & Key Realty as the listed brokers. The quarry spans 30 acres, with the "spring-fed lake" being more than seven acres.
