Why Fall Is the Best Season for Grilling in Indiana
Just because summer is wrapping up, doesn't mean you have to stop grilling. In fact, there are several reasons why fall is the best season for outdoor cooking.

Outdoor cooking is one of my favorite hobbies, and it’s something that never gets old. Personally, I do a lot of low-and-slow cooking on my offset smoker, which has definitely been put to good use over the summer. However, you don’t need a big offset smoker to enjoy grilling season. Whether you prefer gas grills, pellet grills, or just a classic Weber kettle, there are all kinds of foods you can enjoy cooking and, of course, eating.
With summer winding down, you might be tempted to put your grill of choice in the garage for the winter, but let me tell you, it's not at all time to hang up the tongs. The fall season in the Hoosier State is not only a great time to enjoy grilling; it's the best time to do so, in my humble opinion. Here are the top reasons why cooking outside in the fall is way better than any other time of year.

As you can see, there are plenty of good reasons why you should keep your grill out, at least a little while longer. Whether you simply want to enjoy time outside in the fall air or take advantage of trying new barbecue rubs and spices at a discounted price, there is no better time than fall. So fire up the grill, crack open one more cold one (or warm one), and go grill yourself something nice.
