I honor of Evansville's 200th birthday a new board game is available called Evansville-Opoly. It is of course Monopoly that is entirely Evansville themed that highlights the Four Freedom Monument, The Old Post Office, The Coliseum and the Willard Library just to name a few. The price will be $20-$25 depending on where you get it. The properties featured on the board are all Evansville companies and organizations. Just like in Monopoly, you can control entire city blocks and even get the keys to the city.

In typical Evansville fashion, if you get stuck at a light on the Lloyd, get caught hiding on LST 325 or get spooked by the 'Grey Lady'..... it'll cost you!!

The game money is from Heritage Federal Credit Union and there will even be an Evansville-Opoly tournament coming soon with a grand prize of $200. The game cards also feature things like eating a brain sandwich. The tournament will benefit Evansville Vanderburgh Animal Care and Control's 'Spirit Medical Fund' for sick and injured stray and homeless pets.

It's Monopoly Evansville style and it's sure to be a conversation piece in your home or office. Click here to purchase the game and sign up for the tournament. The game is available at various Evansville business'.
