Our own Chief Of Police here in Evansville may be the biggest Garth Brooks fan of all time.  I used to think that I was a pretty big fan, but nowhere near the level of Billy Bolin.  So, when he began texting me the details of Garth's scheduled press conference, and an invitation to join him at his office to watch it, I knew I had to document this occasion.

Here's what we know:

Garth has signed with RCA to put out new music

Garth will have a new single out within the next two months

Garth will have a new album out around Christmas season

It will be a 'Double CD'
