If you're looking for unique, family fun this summer, don't forget Ellis Park! I know horse racing and gambling might not sound like family-friendly things, but that's not all that Ellis Park has to offer! Kids love the horse racing, obviously, but did you know they also have a kids' zone? Have all the adult fun you can handle and know that your kiddos can have fun too! In fact, Ellis Park is on the prowl for some talented singers at the moment! Think you can sing the National Anthem? Prove it! Ellis Park needs National Anthem singers for their live racing events. Warm up those pipes, practice, and fill out your application to be a singer this season. Owensboro's Cathy Mullins sang the anthem six years ago. Check her out below.

Who Can Sing the Anthem, and How to Get Signed Up

While we love kiddos, especially when they sing, this is not limited to only little tikes. As you can see above, mamas are welcome too! Bands, trios, quartets, acapella, acoustic, dads, cousins, brothers...you name it, they want to see it! Play an instrument? Awesome! Make sure you fill out an application. They are simply looking for talented individuals and groups to perform. There are 25 weeks of racing available to choose from, which you can select at the time you complete your application.
