Country Whuppin’ – Casey James vs. Jessie James

Yesterday was the closest call yet for champion, Casey James, but he survived by a 54% margin over Gwen Sebastian to remain champ in the Country Whuppin' brought to you by Cleaver's Prime Sandwiches and Salads.  Today he faces the challenge of another James, in the beautiful, Jessie James, with an equally beautiful song.

His third place finish on season 9 of American Idol gained him a lot of attention, but his continued work on songwriting, excellent singing, and fabulous guitar-playing has gotten him noticed and secured him a record deal with BNA.  This is his second release from his self-titled album.

Challenger - Jessie James "Military Man"

Jessie James understands what she's singing about in the song Military Man. She was born in Italy and moved all over the country with her family, before settling down in Nashville to try her hand at music.  This song may relate to many children of military families all over the country, but will it be a hit?  That's your choice!
