Could This Be the Creepiest Halloween Decoration Ever? [VIDEO]

Halloween is my favorite holiday, but I found a decoration at the store that gave me the major creeps. 

Dolls are something I've never been a huge fan of, when I was a kid I had a couple baby dolls but I always covered them up at night because the idea of their pretend little faces looking at me creeped me out haha! But check out this decoration, how creepy is this?!
