Construction workers in New York City are known for their catcalls, shouting and swearing during their lunch breaks. We see commercials all the time featuring women standing at the office window lusting after those guys. Well, meet Gary Russo, a NYC construction worker who likes spend his lunch break serenading people on the street with a little Sinatra and he is very good at it. You don't see this everyday.
