If you've ever been to the Fall Fest at night, chances are at some point in time you've seen the police officers standing on buildings keeping an eye on the crowds at the Fall Festival, well last night at Fall Fest people got to see a well known super here, Batman himself was spotted keeping a close watch on Fall Fest!
