True story, back in July I began an adventure learning to powerlift.  This past year I've worked really hard on fitness, and setting goals for myself, and while I'm not looking to compete anytime soon, I've loved learning to powerlift, and the people I've met doing it!

from falling through a chair on the beach...a rusty screw found the side of my leg and ripped it right open.  It's a pretty gnarly scar, but sort of a lame story, so I like to tell people it's a shark bite.

I buy Wrigley a dog birthday cake, get her a toy, make her wear a party hat, and sing her happy birthday.  Why wouldn't I celebrate another year with my best friend?
