When Does the Indiana Hunting Season Begin?

I don't ever remember being an avid supporter of hunting Bambi or his mom but I sure to remember the gamey taste of the venison sausage, jerky, and other meaty morsels my dad's buddy Junior would bring over and how delicious they were. So, as an avid carnivore I was hoping that by publishing the hunting season dates, someone might get the big one and be so kind as to drop off a token of their gratitude in the form of cured meat.

My only question... and maybe someone can answer this for me... is what do you do with a dead opossum, weasel or striped skunk? Did I miss that skunk is the new black?
