I was calling James Wesley the underdog champion on Tuesday, but little did I know, a bigger underdog was about to take over.  After more than 350 online votes, new artist, Weston Burt has taken over the crown from Wesley.  No rest for the weary, though, as Burt heads into battle today against Gary Allan and his follow up to his number one, 'Every Storm.'

Gary Allan has had a huge career reboot, thanks to the success of his new album 'Set You Free.' The celebrated singer-songwriter got the chance to thank radio programmers from all across the country in person for his airplay success by performing a career-spanning set at the 2013 Country Radio Seminar in Nashville Thursday (Feb. 28).

Gary Allan's new single,, 'Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain),' is a song of hope and inspiration to anyone staring at trouble or tragedy. The singer says that when he watched news reports of what Hurricane Sandy victims were going through, he knew the song could be part of the rebuilding effort. With a tie-in to the Red Cross, the new music video does just that.
