New Indoor Adventure Park Coming to Evansville, Indiana

Parents in the Evansville area will be happy to know that we will have one more option for year-round fun for kids coming our way.

When I was a kid, that go-to place for kids was Discovery Zone in Evansville, Indiana. Every 90s kid loved going there. The slides, tunnels, ball pits, and games at Discovery Zone were so much fun. It was truly one of the most memorable aspects of my childhood.

As you know, Discovery Zone went bankrupt, and it left a huge void in fun places for families. It took nearly twenty years before Evansville got another massive indoor playground. Last year, Deep Blue Indoor Play opened up on Old Boonville Highway near Burkhardt. A few months ago, it was announced that Dig’ N Roll plans to open a new indoor playground in the former BFit by Bob's: Gym + Fitness building, which is located just off E Virginia Street and Cross Pointe Boulevard. Now, another new indoor adventure park has been officially announced for Evansvsville.

Urban Air Adventure Park Coming to Evansville

Urban Air Adventure Park is an indoor park with attractions that cater to any level and age. From the look of things, there’s something fun for everyone. Some of the attractions they have include trampolines, climbing walls, ropes course, giant inflatable DropZone airbag, the sky rider, laser tag, mini-golf, trapeze, bumper cars, dodgeball, go-kart tracks, bowling, tubes playground, warrior course, battle beam, wipeout, slam dunk zone, the leap of faith, and more attractions that I think kids and adults both would enjoy. There are already locations in Bloomington, Franklin, and Noblesville in Indiana.  Each location varies in attractions that they have to offer, but overall they have the same things. Now we can officially say that Evansville will be the new home of Urban Air Adventure Park!

Urban Air Adventure Park has announced that it plans to expand into Evansville. The new indoor adventure park will be in the former Bed, Bath, and Beyond location on Green River Road, next to Eastland Mall.
