Luke Bryan vs. Colt Ford – The Showdown
Today’s Showdown is a battle between friends. Luke Bryan and Colt Ford will have to put their personal relationship aside to win the song battle that culminates each night on Taste of Country Nights radio. ‘Kiss Tomorrow Goodbye’ topped ‘One More Sad Song’ from Randy Rogers Band on Tuesday, making Bryan’s newest single a three-time champion.
Ford’s lead single from his new ‘Declaration of Independence’ album features Jake Owen. It’s a nostalgic look back at the Georgia-born singer’s childhood, and a look forward to his future. Owen handles the silky chorus, while Ford delivers his trademark patter on the new song, which will need support from all of his fans to top the champion.

Showdown Rules: The song with the most votes wins, and the winner goes on to face a new challenger in the next Showdown. Vote as much as once per hour. If a song wins five days in a row, it will be retired into the Taste of Country Showdown Hall of Fame to allow for new songs to compete. Some songs will be considered for a second Showdown if voter turnout is healthy in a losing effort.

Or does it??? ;-) Ok, I know it would appear that I, if I'm not the cat lady NOW, I am well on my way. In the past year, I have become very in tune with cats and all of their personalities. Maybe that's why I love them so much and they, in turn, are drawn to me. lol
