Have You Been In a Parking Lot and Asked For Money By a Woman In a Van?

On FB, over the weekend, a friend of Leslie's posted about her experience while in the TJ Maxx parking lot. It happened once right around Thanksgiving and again more recently. A woman in a wrecked van pulled up beside her and asked her for money. Has this happened to you?? Read her story.
