In the first episode of Guy Tips, I let you in on a little secret. A great way to score brownie points with the women in your life. I actually learned this one from actor/comedian, Nick Offerman. You see, anyone can go to Wal-Mart and buy a Hallmark birthday card, but if you really want to leave a good impression with the ladies in your life....MAKE HER A BIRTHDAY CARD!

Personalize it for her. Include sweet, funny, or heartfelt things that relate to HER. Here's the thing: it doesn't have to be anything elaborate. This is a prime example of it's the thought that counts. The reaction you will get by doing this will beat any reaction you will get from a Hallmark card that someone else wrote.
