A 32-Year-Old Man Has a Conversation With His 12-Year-Old Self

Imagine being able to go back in time and have a conversation with yourself. Brad Paisley recorded a song about that very subject called “Letter To Me.” Morgan Freeman referred to it in the “Shawshank Redemption” – during his final parole hearing when he says that he wants to talk with that stupid kid and talk some sense into him.

Well Jeremiah McDonald did exactly that – creating one of the best YouTube videos ever.

When McDonald was 12-years-old, he made a videotape asking his future self some questions. Twenty years later, at the age of 32, McDonald sat down with the video and responded to it – editing the two together to create an epic masterpiece that’s kind of like ‘Back To The Future’ meets ‘Inception’… very cool.

See for yourself.
