Every once in a while you come across something that kinda makes you stop and think. I recently came across a video that when I saw the title, A Second Every Day - The First Six Months, I didn't give it much thought, but for whatever reason, I had to go back and see what it was all about. Why would someone make a video like this? That is what was so interesting to me. My first thought was this guy's life must be pretty sad if he can't think of anything better and more productive to do with his time.

Then I began to wonder about his motivation to make such a video and then I watched it and found this strange, deep rooted respect for this guy and what he had done. He made a commitment to put together a video collage of something not many would think about, let alone act on.

The result is a very cool documentary of just one second of every day for the first six months of the year. Somehow, the music just makes this work. I don't know if you will be as fascinated as I was with this project, but it really is very eerily cool and soothing. See for yourself.
