For nearly 100 years, the Harlem Globetrotters have traveled the world over and over again entertaining crowds with their unique brand of basketball. As they've done nearly every year for the past several years, they're bringing that brand to Evansville for a game at the Ford Center, and we're giving you and your family the chance to see it for free.

This year's game at the Ford Center will happen on Monday, January 16th (2023), but unlike previous years where the game takes place in the evening, this year's contest against the Washington Generals will be an afternoon game with tip-off scheduled for 2:00 PM Central time.

Harlem Globetrotter Ticket Info

Tickets for the game are available at the Ford Center box office and Ticketmaster. However, you may not have to spend a dime of your own money on tickets because we're giving you the chance to win not one, not two, not three, but four tickets for you and your family all this week during the Q Crew Morning Show with myself and Leslie playing a game we call "10 Second Shot Clock."

Just like in a basketball game where each team has a 24-seconds to take a shot at the goal on every possession, we're giving you 10 seconds to rattle off five answers about whatever category we throw at you. Those categories could be sports-related, they could be about food, or any number of things. Be caller 9 at 877-437-5995 every weekday morning this week to play. Once we give you the category, we'll start the clock. Give us five things associated with that category, and you'll score four tickets to the game. Will you stay cool under pressure and sink the shot? Or, will the sound of the ticking clock have you shooting an airball? Listen each morning this week at 7:40 for your chance to play.
