One persons "trash" is another's treasure, right?

The Habitat for Humanity ReStore on Telephone Road in Chandler is a great place to find gently used furniture, tools, and other knick-knacks when you're looking to change things up a bit at your house. What's even better is that everything in the store was donated by someone who no longer needed or wanted it, and all the money raised from sales goes directly to Habitat for Humanity!

Unlike other resale shops, ReStore has more than just furniture. They have cabinets, counter tops, sink tops, sinks, toilets, flooring, doors, other building materials, as well as appliances like washers, dryers, and dishwashers too. But, they're starting to run low on those particular items according to a resent post on their Facebook page.

If you, or someone you know is a contractor, or in the process of renovating a home, don't trash those old building materials. If they're still in decent shape, donate them to ReStore. If you can't get the materials to them, they'll gladly come get it from you free of charge as noted in the post. Call 812-858-3707 and ask for Me'Chele for more info.
